It’s hard to find business owners in the world, much less Chicago, who take their business and the concept of customer service so seriously that they go beyond the call of duty and in doing so, actually make the world a better place viagra en 4 pilules. Teresa, the owner of Temilla’s, is one of those business owners. After she read my not-so-flattering review about a massage I received there in December, she found my number and called me up last week and begged me to return to the salon on Sunday, while they were closed, so that I could receive a 90-minute massage and 90-minute facial. She was incredibly sweet and sincere, telling me that she felt very badly about the fact that I had not been 100% satisfied with my visit.
So I returned to Temilla’s, where I met both Clara, the masseuse, and Teresa herself. Teresa is like a bird: beautiful and tiny and incredibly kind and sweet. I really cannot exaggerate how gentle and nice her personality is. I have honestly met very few people like her, and it’s such a shame because she is truly wonderful.
I spent three wonderful hours at the salon. My massage was perfect and the facial, performed by Teresa, was wonderful. As if that were not enough, Teresa had offered me tea to warm up when I arrived and, following my facial, gave to me as a gift a container of Bioelements’ pumice face exfoliator, an item that is *not* cheap. She ensured that my parking was paid for at the garage just north of the salon and on top of that, insisted that she refund me the money I had paid for my service back in December. I tried arguing with her and said I really could not accept it, but she was adamant. I was so touched I wanted to cry.
